We will create all the necessary chats, send all the necessary links, and our host will happily welcome guests to Spatial

Onboarding & Briefing
Participants who haven’t played games before will start in a virtual onboarding zone where the host explains all controls and interactions

Speaker Segment
Traditional corporate opening speech from leadership — results, congratulations, recognitions — on a large main stage with the ability to display content like presentations, photos, and videos

Activities
The main highlight of the event — activities designed into the space:
  1. Virtual sports zone — teams compete (e.g., basketball)
  2. Quiz zone — an interactive quiz where participants answer questions by jumping on special platforms
  3. Obstacle course — a challenge of patience and agility

Time to relax and socialize in a specially designed networking area with multiple zones, seating, and conversation cards

Wrap-Up & Closing Speech
Final remarks from leadership, followed by highlights on the main screen — and even optional karaoke

  • You can also take part from a smartphone or tablet, but with some restrictions that do not affect the team building process

  • When using corporate equipment, it is worth checking the possibility of downloading third-party applications to devices
