White Rose Restaurant is an online team-building experience hosted on the Roblox platform. Participants become restaurant staff and work together to run the restaurant efficiently. Teams must organize workflows, show coordination under pressure, and make quick decisions to serve customers. Every order completed brings the team closer to victory and customer satisfaction.

Join Google Meet / Zoom preferred conference platform and meet the host.
We will notify and remind your colleagues about the event and send all the necessary links for participation

Onboarding and brief — learn controls and immersion into the game together.
Our host will teach you how to control your avatar from any device and immerse you in the team building storyline, right in the game

Main gameplay — teams travel through countries with tasks, aiming to save your virtual office.
It's time to show your teamwork in an attempt to save the virtual office from disaster. Participants, divided into teams, complete tasks while traveling to different countries.
75 minutes
Final debrief: discover whether you succeeded and which team performed best.
It's time to find out whether you managed to save your virtual office from the virus and which command was the most effective.

Technical Requirements
  • Roblox installed or browser access to the platform
  • You can also take part from a smartphone or tablet, but with some restrictions that do not affect the team building process
  • Computer, smartphone, or tablet with microphone and internet
  • Voice communication via Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, SberJazz, or similar
  • When using corporate equipment, it is worth checking the possibility of downloading third-party applications to devices
